- Do I get a discount if I am a member of ATM?
Yes. ATM Members get a 10% discount with the code ATM-Member10.
- Where do I key in the discount code?
As part of the last step to check out, key in the discount code
- Do my visiting parents qualify for a member price?
Yes. Your immediate family and visiting parents alone qualify for a member price.
- As a non-member do I get the discounted price?
Non-members shall get a discounted price if booked in groups of 10 or more. Please contact innisai@atlantatamilmandram.org to avail of the discounted price if you are booking in groups of 10 or more. We however strongly encourage you to become a member of ATM to take advantage of year-round events at ATM.
- Do I have to pay for my children?
There is no charge for Children 4 and under. Children 5 and above need to pay the full ticket price to reserve a seat.
- What happens if I apply a member promo code though I am a non-member of ATM?
Member validations will be done periodically and if there are any discrepancies, an ATM team member will reach out to you and request you to either pay the difference or to become an ATM member. Please note that member validations will also happen on the day of the event and check-in may get delayed if not addressed before.
- How do I know which seats/rows are available?

- How are the tickets distributed?
Tickets will be emailed to the email address provided during ticket booking. You should receive an email within a few minutes of booking.

- Will there be a food sale at the concert?
Tea and Snacks will be available for purchase before the concert starts. During the concert, there will be no sale of Tea or Snacks. After the event, there will be boxed dinners for sale. You may also book a boxed dinner in advance. Further details on this will be released shortly.
