VIVADHA MEDAI REGISTRATION

Atlanta Tamil Mandram (ATM) is pleased to offer ATM members the opportunity to perform alongside the Thamizha Thamizha Avudaiappan Team on their debate show (விவாத மேடை).

Eligibility Requirements & Program Rules:
  1. Participants must be 22 years of age or older.
  2. A $30 registration fee is required at the time of registration. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful completion of the registration process.
  3. Participation in the show is voluntary, and each participant is solely responsible for speaking and actively taking part in the program.
  4. Code of Conduct:
    1. Participants must use respectful and appropriate language at all times.
    2. Personal attacks, offensive remarks, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
  5. Application Deadline: February 4, 2026, at 11:59 PM (EST).
  6. Debate topics will be provided for participants to choose from during registration. Topic selection will be first-come, first-served, subject to availability. ATM reserves the final authority to assign topics to participants.
  7. Participants with prior experience in debates or public speaking programs will be given additional value to you.
  8. During registration, applicants must provide an active and regularly used email address. All audition-related communication will be sent only to this email address.
  9. Reporting Time: Participants must report to the backstage area 30 minutes prior to the program. Reporting time is 6:00 PM.
  10. Each participant may submit only one registration. Multiple registrations by the same individual will result in disqualification. However, multiple participants from the same family are permitted.
  11. Dress Code: Indian attire only. T-shirts, shorts, and jeans are not permitted.
  12. Registration will close once the required number of participants is reached.
  13. The debate will be conducted solely by the Thamizha Thamizha Avudaiappan Team, and their decisions will be final. ATM will not be involved in or responsible for the content of speeches, individual statements, or remarks directed at specific individuals during the program.
  14. Selected participants agree to attend any required practice sessions, remain at the venue for the full duration of the event, and perform at their allotted time.

  16. Registration is final and non-refundable once completed.
  17. Participants are expected not to withdraw. Exceptions will be considered only under reasonable and unavoidable circumstances.
  18. The program on Saturday February 7 will run from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM.
