1. Tournament organizers reserve the right to combine, modify, or cancel any category/division if the minimum number of registrations is not met.

2. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including personal reasons, schedule conflicts, injuries, or no-shows.

3. All players must report to the venue at least 30 minutes before their scheduled match time. Failure to report on time may result in disqualification. The format for this matches will be round robin..

4. Players are responsible for checking the tournament schedule and court assignments. Matches may start earlier or later than the published schedule.

5. The tournament organizer’s decision regarding player categorization, seeding, scheduling, scoring disputes, and rule interpretations shall be final and binding.

6. Players must compete in the skill level and age category approved by the tournament committee. Organizers reserve the right to reassign players to appropriate divisions.

7. Unsportsmanlike conduct, abusive language, cheating, or disrespect toward officials, volunteers, opponents, or spectators may result in immediate disqualification without refund.

8. Players participate at their own risk. The tournament organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and venue owners shall not be liable for any injury, accident, illness, loss, or damage to personal property.

9. The tournament schedule, format, scoring system, and venue arrangements may be changed by the organizers if required due to weather, court availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

10. Players are responsible for bringing their own paddles, equipment, and appropriate sports attire.

11. The line call of out should be visibly outside of the line and the call made by the team is final no further arguments. In case if any players has conflicts organizers decision will be the final.

12. By registering, players grant permission to the organizers to use photographs, videos, and recordings taken during the tournament for promotional and marketing purposes.

13. Any player providing false information during registration may have their entry canceled without refund.

14. Players must adhere to the official pickleball rules adopted by the tournament organizers.

15. Submission of the registration form confirms that the player has read, understood, and agreed to all tournament rules and terms & conditions.
