Thangamani Paulchamy is the Founder of the Atlanta Tamil Mandram.
Currently, Thangamani serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Alpharetta Tamil School, Inc Board since 2019 and as the Assistant Principal of the Alpharetta Tamil School since 2009.
In addition, Thangamani served as a GATS Treasurer in 2010, Vice President in 2011 and President in 2012, served in Board from 2014 to 2016 as the Chairman of the GATS Board of Directors. He also served in so many committees including but not limited to Education, Charity, Finance, Auditing, Community Center, legal and bylaw committees.
In addition to that, Thangamani served in Federation of Tamil Sangam of North America (FeTNA) Board as a Treasurer from 2012 to 2014, as a Treasurer again from 2014 to 2016 and as a Joint Secretary from 2016 to 2018.

Thangamani received his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Institute of Road and Transport Technology (IRTT aka Government College of Engineering, Erode) Tamilnadu, India.
Thangamani is a Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of SivaCerulean Technologies (SCT). He is a successful business executive, real estate investor, and a great volunteer. In fact, in 2009, he was awarded as the “Best Volunteer of the Year” award by GATS and also awarded as the “Team Lead Above and beyond” award in 2009 FeTNA event. In 2017, he is also awarded as the “Grand Achiever Award 2017” by The International Peace Council USA.
He has been living in Johns Creek, North Fulton County over 16 years. He is a wonderful dad living with 3 beautiful girls named Sarah Thangamani, Reena Thangamani, and Meera Thangamani. He is a first-generation Indian Tamil Immigrant from Srivilliputthur which is a southern part of Tamilnadu, India.
